A appetizing recipe for Danish Gin Fizz, with gin, cherry heering, Kirschwasser cherry brandy, lime juice, superfine sugar and soda water.

  • 1 tsp Kirschwasser cherry brandy
  • 1/2 oz cherry heering
  • 1/2 oz fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 tsp superfine sugar
  • 2 1/2 oz soda water
  • 2 oz gin

Pour the gin, cherry heering, kirsch, lime juice and sugar into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes.
Shake well, and strain into a highball glass filled with ice cubes.
Gently stir in the soda/sparkling water.
Garnish with a maraschino cherry and a slice of lime.

Serve in a Highball Glass.

Check out this divine recipe for Almond Cocktail, with gin, dry vermouth, peach brandy, Kirschwasser cherry brandy and sugar syrup.

  • 1 oz dry vermouth
  • 1 tsp Kirschwasser cherry brandy
  • 1/2 oz peach brandy
  • 1/2 oz sugar syrup
  • 2 oz gin

Warm the gin up in a mixing glass and add the brandy, the sugar syrup and 6 almond slivers.
Chill.
When needed, pour the chilled mixture over ice into an old-fashioned glass.
Stir in the remaining ingredients.
