This is a sweet recipe for Kyoto, with gin, Midori melon liqueur, dry vermouth and lemon juice.
- 1 oz Midori melon liqueur
- 1/2 oz dry vermouth
- 1/4 tsp fresh lemon juice
- 3 oz gin
Pour all ingredients into a mixing glass half-filled with ice cubes.
Stir well.
Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Garnish with a melon ball, and serve.
Serve in a Cocktail Glass.

Check out this delectable recipe for Bellini Cocktails, with peach nectar, lemon juice, peach schnapps, crushed ice and Champagne.
- 1 oz peach schnapps
- 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
- 2 oz peach nectar
- 3 oz chilled, dry Champagne
- crushed ice
Mix the peach nectar, lemon juice and schnapps in a chilled glass.
Add half a cup (or more) of crushed ice, stir, and add the champagne.
(Serves 2).
May be prepared in a blender to produce a frozen drink.
