Ten Pin Gin recipe

This is a sweet recipe for Ten Pin Gin, with London dry gin, Mandarine Napoleon orange liqueur, dry vermouth, lime juice, egg and sugar syrup.

  • 1 1/2 oz London dry gin
  • 1 1/4 oz Mandarine Napoleon orange liqueur
  • 1 oz dry vermouth
  • 1 oz sugar syrup
  • 1 tsp egg white
  • 1/2 oz lime juice

Shake and strain into a cocktail glass.
Add a squeeze of a lime peel strip, and discard.
Garnish with slices of orange and lime, and serve.

Serve in a Cocktail Glass.

Here is a nice recipe for Citrus Cactus, with silver tequila, Pernod licorice liqueur, lemon juice, lime juice, sugar syrup, egg and grenadine syrup.

  • 1 tsp Pernod licorice liqueur
  • 1 tsp egg white
  • 1 tsp grenadine syrup
  • 1/2 oz lemon juice
  • 1/2 oz lime juice
  • 1/2 oz sugar syrup
  • 2 oz silver tequila

Shake and strain into a double-cocktail glass filled with crushed ice.

Serve in a Cocktail Glass.

A mouthwatering recipe for Chop Nut, with white rum, coconut rum, white creme de cacao, Frangelico hazelnut liqueur, mandarin juice and egg.

  • 1 1/2 oz mandarin juice
  • 1 oz white rum
  • 1 tsp Frangelico hazelnut liqueur
  • 1 tsp egg white
  • 1/2 oz white creme de cacao
  • 3/4 oz coconut rum

Shake well and strain into a double-cocktail glass filled with broken ice.

Serve in a Cocktail Glass.

  • 1 oz dark creme de cacao
  • 1 tsp egg white
  • 1 tsp gold rum
  • 1/2 oz lemon juice
  • 2 oz LBV port

Shake well and strain into a cocktail glass.
Sprinkle with nutmeg.

Shake thoroughly with ice and strain into a cocktail glass.
