Ten Pin Gin recipe
Tuesday, August 7th, 2007This is a sweet recipe for Ten Pin Gin, with London dry gin, Mandarine Napoleon orange liqueur, dry vermouth, lime juice, egg and sugar syrup.
- 1 1/2 oz London dry gin
- 1 1/4 oz Mandarine Napoleon orange liqueur
- 1 oz dry vermouth
- 1 oz sugar syrup
- 1 tsp egg white
- 1/2 oz lime juice
Shake and strain into a cocktail glass.
Add a squeeze of a lime peel strip, and discard.
Garnish with slices of orange and lime, and serve.
Serve in a Cocktail Glass.
