A sweet recipe for Crimson Sunset, with gin, lemon juice, grenadine syrup and tawny port.
- 1/2 oz tawny port
- 1/2 tsp grenadine syrup
- 2 oz gin
- 2 tsp lemon juice
Pour the gin and lemon juice into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes.
Shake well.
Strain into a cocktail glass.
Drop the grenadine into the center of the drink and float port on top.
Garnish with a maraschino cherry, and serve.
Serve in a Cocktail Glass.
