Peppermint Park recipe
Sunday, December 7th, 2008This is a appetizing recipe for Peppermint Park, with gin, lemon juice and Champagne.
- 1 oz sweetened lemon juice
- 2 oz gin
- 4 - 6 oz Champagne
Pour the gin and lemon juice into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes.
Shake well, and strain into a large champagne flute.
Top with champagne, add a straw, and serve.
Serve in a Champagne Flute.
