A delightful recipe for Smiler, with tequila, lemon juice, superfine sugar and ruby port.
- 1 1/2 oz tequila
- 1/2 oz lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp superfine sugar
- 2 tsp ruby port
Pour tequila, lemon juice, sugar and port into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes.
Shake well, and pour into a highball glass almost filled with ice cubes.
Garnish with a maraschino cherry, and serve.
Serve in a Highball Glass.

This is a sweet recipe for Jubilee, with tequila, gin, vodka, Blue Curacao liqueur, lemon juice, superfine sugar and club soda.
- 1 oz tequila
- 1/2 oz Blue Curacao liqueur
- 1/2 oz gin
- 1/2 oz lemon juice
- 1/2 oz vodka
- 1/2 tsp superfine sugar
- 4 oz club soda
Pour tequila, gin, vodka, curacao, lemon juice and sugar into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes.
Shake and strain into a highball glass almost filled with ice cubes.
Top with club soda, garnish with a cherry, and serve.
Serve in a Highball Glass.
