- 1 oz Captain Morgan Original spiced rum
- 1 splash pineapple juice
- 1/2 oz Bacardi orange rum
- 1/8 oz Chambord raspberry liqueur
Shake all ingredients together in a cocktail shaker.
Strain into a double-shot glass, and serve.
Serve in a Shot Glass.

A delectable recipe for Flaming Tiki Torch, with Malibu coconut rum, peach schnapps, pineapple juice, DeKuyper Razzmatazz liqueur, Smirnoff Ice and Bacardi 151 rum.
- 1 splash Bacardi 151 rum
- 1 splash pineapple juice
- 1/2 oz Malibu coconut rum
- 1/4 oz DeKuyper Razzmatazz liqueur
- 1/4 oz peach schnapps
- 6 oz Smirnoff Ice
Place 2 highball glasses next to each other, one right side up, and one upside down.
Stack a shot glass on on in between the two highball glasses.
Combine the Malibu rum, peach schnapps, and pineapple juice in a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes, and shake well.
Fill the right side up tall glass half way with Smirnoff Ice.
Pour the contents of your cocktail shaker into the shot glass.
Add a splash of Razzmatazz and 151 to the shot glass.
Next step is optional; either light the top of the shot with a match, or blow fire at it with 151 in your mouth.
Then, knock the shot glass into the tall glass and serve.
Serve in a Highball Glass.

- 1 oz Amaretto Di Saronno liqueur
- 1 oz DeKuyper Peachtree schnapps
- 1 splash Bacardi 151 rum
- 1 splash Sprite soda
- 1 splash cranberry juice
- 1 splash orange juice
- 1 splash pineapple juice
Add all ingredients (except 151 rum) to a cocktail shaker filled with ice cubes and shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds.
Pour into a large shot glass, splash with 151 rum and shoot.

This is a tasteful recipe for Honolulu Hammer, with vodka, amaretto almond liqueur, pineapple juice and grenadine syrup.
- 1 1/2 oz vodka
- 1 splash grenadine syrup
- 1 splash pineapple juice
- 1/2 oz amaretto almond liqueur
Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes.
Shake well, strain into a cocktail glass, and serve.
Serve in a Cocktail Glass.

Here is a great recipe for Hawaii Cocktail, with gin, pineapple juice, orange bitters and egg.
- 1 1/2 oz gin
- 1 dash orange bitters
- 1 egg white
- 1 oz pineapple juice

- 1 1/2 oz Absolut vodka
- 1/2 oz Chambord raspberry liqueur

A mouthwatering recipe for Guavaberry Colada, with guavaberry liqueur, creme de coconut and pineapple juice.
- 1 1/2 oz pineapple juice
- 1 oz guavaberry liqueur
- 1/2 oz creme de coconut
Pour all ingredients into a blender with 1/4 cup crushed ice.
Blend well.
Pour into a cocktail glass, and top with a dash of pineapple juice.
Garnish with fresh grated nutmeg and a pineapple wedge, and serve.
