This is a very pleasant recipe for Ferocious Flip, with brandy, ruby port, egg, superfine sugar, light cream and nutmeg.
- 1 1/2 oz brandy
- 1 egg
- 1 oz ruby port
- 1 pinch nutmeg
- 1 tsp superfine sugar
- 1/2 oz light cream
Pour the brandy, port, egg, sugar and cream into a cocktail shaker and shake well.
Strain into a cocktail glass, garnish with a dusting of nutmeg, and serve.
Serve in a Cocktail Glass.
