Ten Pin Gin recipe
Wednesday, July 16th, 2008Check out this exquisite recipe for Ten Pin Gin, with London dry gin, Mandarine Napoleon orange liqueur, dry vermouth, lime juice, egg and sugar syrup.
- 1 1/2 oz London dry gin
- 1 1/4 oz Mandarine Napoleon orange liqueur
- 1 oz dry vermouth
- 1 oz sugar syrup
- 1 tsp egg white
- 1/2 oz lime juice
Shake and strain into a cocktail glass.
Add a squeeze of a lime peel strip, and discard.
Garnish with slices of orange and lime, and serve.
Serve in a Cocktail Glass.
