A tasteful recipe for Fancy Free, with rye whiskey, maraschino liqueur, orange bitters, Angostura bitters, lemon juice and powdered sugar.

  • 1 1/2 oz rye whiskey
  • 1 dash Angostura bitters
  • 1 dash orange bitters
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp powdered sugar
  • 2 dashes maraschino liqueur

Coat the rim of a cocktail glass with lemon juice and powdered sugar.
Pour the rye whiskey, maraschino liqueur, orange bitters and Angostura bitters into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes.
Shake well.
Strain into the sugar-rimmed cocktail glass, and serve.

Serve in a Cocktail Glass.

This is a exquisite recipe for Chinese Cocktail #2, with dark rum, White Curacao liqueur, maraschino liqueur and grenadine syrup.

  • 1 tbsp grenadine syrup
  • 2 oz dark rum
  • 4 dashes White Curacao liqueur
  • 4 dashes maraschino liqueur

Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes.
Shake well, strain into a cocktail glass, and serve.

Serve in a Cocktail Glass.
