Flaming Gay Morgan recipe

A luscious recipe for Flaming Gay Morgan, with Captain Morgan Original spiced rum, DeKuyper Cheri-Beri Pucker schnapps, tonic water and Bacardi 151 rum.

  • 1 dash Bacardi 151 rum
  • 1 oz Captain Morgan Original spiced rum
  • 1 oz DeKuyper Cheri-Beri Pucker schnapps
  • 6 oz tonic water

Pour the spiced rum, cherry liqueur and tonic water into a cocktail shaker half-filled with cracked ice.
Shake well.
Strain into a highball glass, and garnish with a slice of lime and a maraschino cherry.
If desired, float the Bacardi 151 on top of the drink and ignite (use extreme caution).
Extinguish before serving.

Serve in a Highball Glass.

Jake-Knife recipe

Here is a nice recipe for Jake-Knife, with Jagermeister herbal liqueur, Coca-Cola and Bacardi 151 rum.

  • 1 dash Bacardi 151 rum
  • 2 oz Jagermeister herbal liqueur
  • Coca-Cola

Pour jagermeister over ice in a cocktail shaker.
Fill with coke, shake vigorously, and pour into a cocktail glass.
Top with rum, and ignite if desired.
Extinguish, and serve.

Serve in a Cocktail Glass.
