Passion Cocktail recipe
Friday, December 28th, 2007This is a luscious recipe for Passion Cocktail, with coconut rum, white rum, sweet and sour mix, pineapple juice, Sprite soda and sugar.
- 1 1/2 oz coconut rum
- 1 1/2 oz white rum
- 1 splash cold Sprite soda
- 1 tsp sugar
- 6 oz cold pineapple juice
- 6 oz cold sweet and sour mix
Add the coconut rum, white rum and sugar to a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes.
Shake well, and strain into a collins glass.
Fill with equal amounts of sour mix and pineapple juice, pre-chilled.
Top with Sprite, and serve.
Serve in a Collins Glass.
