Here is a divine recipe for Endurance, with hazelnut liqueur, Irish cream, Kahlua coffee liqueur, banana liqueur, banana, espresso and chocolate syrup.
- 1 oz Irish cream
- 1 oz hazelnut liqueur
- 1 oz hot espresso
- 1/2 banana
- 1/2 oz Kahlua coffee liqueur
- 1/2 oz banana liqueur
- chocolate syrup
Combine the hazelnut liqueur, irish cream, Kahlua coffee liqueur, banana liqueur, banana and espresso in a blender with one cup of crushed ice.
Blend until smooth.
Swirl the chocolate sauce or syrup into a cocktail glass, and pour the mixture on top.
Serve.
Serve in a Cocktail Glass.

A tasty recipe for Choco Banana Smash, with Irish cream, vanilla extract, light cream, vanilla ice cream, banana and whipped cream.
- 1 1/4 oz Irish cream
- 1/2 banana
- 1/2 oz light cream
- 1/2 oz whipped cream
- 1/2 scoop vanilla ice cream
- 1/4 oz vanilla extract
Combine the irish cream, vanilla extract, light cream, vanilla ice cream and banana in a blender with one small scoop of crushed ice.
Blend until smooth.
Pour into a parfait glass, and top with whipped cream and chocolate sprinkles.
Garnish with a maraschino cherry.
Add a slice of banana on a cocktail pick and place across the top, and serve.
Serve in a Parfait Glass.

Here is a tasteful recipe for Lava Flow, with light rum, Malibu coconut rum, strawberries, banana, pineapple juice and coconut cream.
- 1 banana
- 1 oz Malibu coconut rum
- 1 oz light rum
- 2 oz coconut cream
- 2 oz pineapple juice
- 2 oz strawberries
Blend banana, coconut cream, and pineapple juice in a blender and set aside.
In the bottom of a hurricane glass, stir together both rums and strawberries.
Pour banana/coconut/pineapple mix slowly into the glass.
The strawberry/rum mix should creep up the sides of the glass to make a wonderful looking (and tasting) summertime cocktail!
Serve in a Hurricane Glass.

Here is a tasteful recipe for Banana Foster Martini, with vodka, banana liqueur, Godiva chocolate liqueur, banana, vanilla ice cream and cocoa.
- 1 oz banana liqueur
- 1 scoop vanilla ice cream
- 1 tsp powdered cocoa
- 1/2 banana
- 2 oz Godiva chocolate liqueur
- 2 oz vodka
Combine all ingredients (except powdered cocoa) in a bender.
Blend until smooth and pour into a cocktail glass.
Garnish with a dusting of powdered cocoa, and serve.
Serve in a Cocktail Glass.

A nice recipe for Banana Cow, with light rum, creme de bananes, cream, grenadine syrup, banana and nutmeg.
- 1 1/2 oz cream
- 1 dash grenadine syrup
- 1 oz creme de bananes
- 1 oz light rum
- 1 slice banana
- nutmeg
Shake rum, creme de banana, cream, and grenadine with crushed ice and strain into a cocktail glass.
Decorate with the banana slice, sprinkle nutmeg on top, and serve.
Serve in a Cocktail Glass.
