Erictini recipe

A enjoyable recipe for Erictini, with Absolut vodka, Cointreau orange liqueur, strawberry juice, lemon juice, cream soda, Archers peach schnapps and grenadine syrup.

  • 1 oz Absolut vodka
  • 1 oz Cointreau orange liqueur
  • 1 oz cream soda
  • 1 splash grenadine syrup
  • 1 splash lemon juice
  • 1/2 oz Archers peach schnapps
  • 2 oz strawberry juice

Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker half-filled with cracked ice.
Shake well.
Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Pour a splash of grenadine syrup on top and serve.

Serve in a Cocktail Glass.
