Embassy Cocktail recipe

A tasteful recipe for Embassy Cocktail, with brandy, Cointreau orange liqueur, Appleton Estate Dark Jamaica rum, lime juice and Angostura bitters.

  • 1 dash Angostura bitters
  • 1/2 oz fresh lime juice
  • 3/4 oz Appleton Estate Dark Jamaica rum
  • 3/4 oz Cointreau orange liqueur
  • 3/4 oz brandy

Shake well with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Garnish with a lime wedge, and serve.

Serve in a Cocktail Glass.

Indian Summer Cocktail recipe

Check out this delightful recipe for Indian Summer Cocktail, with Bacardi white rum, Appleton Estate Dark Jamaica rum, pineapple juice, grapefruit juice, currant syrup and Sprite soda.

  • 1 oz Appleton Estate Dark Jamaica rum
  • 1 oz Bacardi white rum
  • 1 oz grapefruit juice
  • 1 splash Sprite soda
  • 1/2 oz currant syrup
  • 2 oz pineapple juice

Pour all ingredients into a highball glass filled with ice cubes, stir and serve.

Serve in a Highball Glass.
