This is a exquisite recipe for Gumdrop Cocktail, with amarula cream liqueur, butterscotch schnapps, cream and Blue Curacao liqueur.

  • 1 dash Blue Curacao liqueur
  • 1 oz butterscotch schnapps
  • 2 oz amarula cream liqueur
  • 2 oz cream

Pour the amarula cream liqueur, cream and butterscotch schnapps into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes.
Shake well.
Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and pour a dash of blue curacao down two opposite sides of the glass (using a teaspoon).

Serve in a Cocktail Glass.

  • 1 oz Hennessy cognac
  • 3 oz amarula cream liqueur
  • 3 oz pineapple juice
  • 3 oz whipping cream

Combine all ingredients togehter in a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes.
Shake well, and empty contents into a pina-colada glass.
Garnish with a pineapple wedge, and serve.
