Check out this appetizing recipe for Caribe Cocktail, with dark rum, pineapple juice and lemon juice.

• 1 oz pineapple juice
• 1/2 oz lemon juice
• 1/4 oz dark rum

Pour the rum, pineapple juice and lemon juice into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes.
Shake well, and strain into a cocktail glass.
Garnish with a lime wheel, and serve.

Serve in a Cocktail Glass.
