Caribbean Madras recipe

A enticing recipe for Caribbean Madras, with dark rum, orange juice and cranberry juice.

  • 1 1/2 oz cranberry juice
  • 1 1/4 oz dark rum
  • 3 oz orange juice

Pour the dark rum, orange juice and cranberry juice into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes.
Shake well, strain into a highball glass almost filled with ice cubes, and serve.

Serve in a Old-Fashioned Glass.
