Check out this great recipe for Cafe Kirsch, with Kirschwasser cherry brandy, coffee, sugar syrup and egg.

• 1 oz Kirschwasser cherry brandy
• 1 oz sugar syrup
• 1/2 oz egg white
• 2 oz cold black coffee

Shake well and strain into a cocktail glass.

Serve in a Cocktail Glass.
