This is a appetizing recipe for Cafe de Paris, with gin, anisette, powdered sugar, egg and cream.

• 1 egg white
• 1 oz cream
• 1 oz gin
• 1/2 oz anisette
• 1/2 tsp powdered sugar

Shake ingredients over ice cubes in a shaker.
Strain into a cocktail glass, and serve.

Serve in a Cocktail Glass.
