Here is a tasteful recipe for Boulevard, with rye whiskey, Grand Marnier orange liqueur and dry vermouth.

• 1/2 oz Grand Marnier orange liqueur
• 1/2 oz dry vermouth
• 2 oz rye whiskey

Stir with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Garnish with flamed orange peel, and serve.

Serve in a Cocktail Glass.
