Bossa Nova recipe
This is a heavenly recipe for Bossa Nova, with dark rum, apricot brandy, Galliano herbal liqueur, pineapple juice and lemon juice.
- 1/2 oz lemon juice
- 1/4 oz Galliano herbal liqueur
- 1/4 oz apricot brandy
- 3/4 oz dark rum
- 5 oz pineapple juice
Pour dark rum, apricot brandy, galliano and juices into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes.
Shake well, and strain into a hurricane glass filled with ice cubes.
Garnish with a pineapple fruit flag, and serve.
Serve in a Hurricane Glass.
