Blue Memphis recipe
A very pleasant recipe for Blue Memphis, with Malibu coconut rum, pineapple juice, milk and Blue Curacao liqueur.
- 1 dash Blue Curacao liqueur
- 1 oz Malibu coconut rum
- 2 oz milk
- 3 oz pineapple juice
Pour all ingredients (except curacao) into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes.
Shake well.
Add blue curacao and shake again briefly.
Strain into a highball glass almost filled with ice cubes, and serve.
Serve in a Highball Glass.
