Bird of Paradise Cooler recipe

Here is a nice recipe for Bird of Paradise Cooler, with gin, lemon juice, grenadine syrup, superfine sugar, egg and soda water.

  • 1 egg white
  • 1 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp grenadine syrup
  • 1 tsp superfine sugar
  • 2 oz gin
  • soda water

Pour the gin, lemon juice, grenadine, superfine sugar and egg white into a cocktail shaker half-filled with cracked ice.
Shake well, and strain into a highball glass filled with ice cubes.
Fill with soda/sparkling water.
Stir well, and serve.

Serve in a Highball Glass.
