Belle of Ellis Island recipe

- 1 tsp Cointreau orange liqueur
- 1/2 oz brandy
- 1/2 tsp superfine sugar
- 2 dashes orange bitters
- 2 oz dry vermouth
Pour the vermouth, brandy, Cointreau, sugar and bitters into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes.
Shake and strain into a cocktail glass.
