Beach Cooler recipe

A appetizing recipe for Beach Cooler, with Bacardi 151 rum, Cointreau orange liqueur, lime juice and papaya nectar.

  • 1 1/2 oz lime juice
  • 1 oz Bacardi 151 rum
  • 1 oz Cointreau orange liqueur
  • 2 oz papaya nectar

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes.
Shake well, strain into a highball glass filled with ice cubes, and serve.

Serve in a Highball Glass.
