Bayou Self recipe
Here is a delicious recipe for Bayou Self, with Captain Morgan Original spiced rum, butterscotch schnapps, pineapple juice and grenadine syrup.
- 1 1/2 oz Captain Morgan Original spiced rum
- 1 1/2 oz butterscotch schnapps
- 1 splash grenadine syrup
- 4 oz pineapple juice
Pour Captain Morgan spiced rum, butterscotch schnapps and pineapple juice into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes.
Shake well, and strain into a highball glass 3/4 filled with ice.
Top with grenadine, and garnish with a maraschino cherry and a slice of pineapple.
Serve in a Highball Glass.
