Bay Horse recipe

Here is a appetizing recipe for Bay Horse, with blended whiskey, Pernod licorice liqueur, dark creme de cacao, heavy cream and nutmeg.

  • 1 1/2 oz blended whiskey
  • 1 oz heavy cream
  • 1/2 oz Pernod licorice liqueur
  • 1/2 oz dark creme de cacao
  • 1/4 tsp grated nutmeg

Pour the whiskey, Pernod, creme de cacao and cream into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes.
Shake well, and strain into an old-fashioned glass almost filled with ice cubes.
Garnish with nutmeg, and serve.

Serve in a Old-Fashioned Glass.
