Barrow Blues recipe

This is a divine recipe for Barrow Blues, with Blue Curacao liqueur, light rum, anejo rum, pineapple juice and coconut cream.

  • 1 1/2 oz pineapple juice
  • 1 oz Blue Curacao liqueur
  • 1 tsp coconut cream
  • 1/2 oz anejo rum
  • 1/2 oz light rum

Pour the blue curacao, light rum, anejo rum, pineapple juice and coconut cream into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes.
Shake well, strain into an old-fashioned glass almost filled with ice cubes, and serve.

Serve in a Old-Fashioned Glass.
