This is a very pleasant recipe for Bananarama, with creme de bananes, Cointreau orange liqueur, bitters and light cream.

• 1 dash bitters
• 1 oz creme de bananes
• 1 oz light cream
• 1/2 oz Cointreau orange liqueur

Pour the creme de bananes, Cointreau, bitters and light cream into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes.
Shake well, strain into a cocktail glass, and serve.

Serve in a Cocktail Glass.
