Banana Nutbread recipe

This is a luscious recipe for Banana Nutbread, with Frangelico hazelnut liqueur, creme de bananes, dry sherry and vanilla ice cream.

  • 1 oz Frangelico hazelnut liqueur
  • 1 oz creme de bananes
  • 1 tbsp vanilla ice cream
  • 1/2 oz dry sherry

Blend briefly with half a glassful of crushed ice.
Serve in a double-cocktail glass.
