Balm Cocktail recipe
Check out this tempting recipe for Balm Cocktail, with sherry, orange juice, Cointreau orange liqueur, Angostura bitters and oranges.
- 1/2 oz Cointreau orange liqueur
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
- 2 oz sherry
- 2 slices oranges
- 3/4 oz fresh orange juice
Mix all ingredients with the orange slices and shake well with ice.
Strain into a chilled martini glass, garnish with flamed orange peel, and serve.
Serve in a Cocktail Glass.
