Here is a luscious recipe for Aruba Cocktail, with gin, White Curacao liqueur, egg, lemon juice and orgeat syrup.

• 1 oz fresh lemon juice
• 1 tsp orgeat syrup
• 1/2 egg white
• 1/2 oz White Curacao liqueur
• 2 oz gin

Pour the gin, white curacao, egg white, lemon juice and orgeat syrup into a cocktail shaker half-filled with cracked ice.
Shake well, strain into a chilled cocktail glass, and serve.

Serve in a Cocktail Glass.
