Here is a appetizing recipe for Apricot Sour, with apricot brandy, lemon juice and superfine sugar.

• 1 oz lemon juice
• 1/2 tsp superfine sugar
• 2 oz apricot brandy

Pour the apricot brandy, lemon juice and sugar into a cocktail glass half-filled with ice cubes.
Shake well, and strain into a cocktail glass.
Garnish with an orange wedge and a maraschino cherry, and serve.

Serve in a Cocktail Glass.
