Applejack Collins recipe
This is a tasty recipe for Applejack Collins, with Applejack brandy, lemon juice, superfine sugar, orange bitters and soda water.
- 1 oz fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp superfine sugar
- 2 oz Applejack brandy
- 4 dashes orange bitters
- soda water
Pour the Applejack brandy, lemon juice, sugar and orange bitters into a cocktail shaker half-filled with cracked ice.
Shake well, and strain into a chilled collins glass.
Top with soda water, to taste, and serve.
Serve in a Collins Glass.
