Check out this enticing recipe for Apple Knocker, with vodka, apple cider, lemon juice and strawberry liqueur.

• 1 1/2 oz vodka
• 1 tsp lemon juice
• 1 tsp strawberry liqueur
• 2 tbsp apple cider

Pour the vodka, apple cider, lemon juice and strawberry liqueur into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes.
Shake well, strain into a chilled cocktail glass, and serve.

Serve in a Highball Glass.
