Check out this luscious recipe for Apple Brandy Cooler, with brandy, light rum, dark rum, apple juice, lime juice and sugar syrup.

• 1 oz dark rum
• 1 oz light rum
• 1 tsp sugar syrup
• 1/2 oz fresh lime juice
• 2 oz brandy
• 4 oz apple juice

Shake all ingredients (except dark rum) with cracked ice in a cocktail shaker.
Pour into a chilled collins glass.
Float the dark rum on top.
Garnish with a slice of lime, and serve.

Serve in a Collins Glass.
