Check out this tasteful recipe for Apollo 13, with white rum, cream, Grand Marnier orange liqueur, Galliano herbal liqueur and grenadine syrup.

• 1 dash grenadine syrup
• 1/2 oz Galliano herbal liqueur
• 1/2 oz Grand Marnier orange liqueur
• 2 oz fresh cream
• 2 oz white rum

Pour the white rum, cream, Grand Marnier, Galliano and grenadine into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice.
Shake well.
Strain into a 5 oz champagne saucer or glass.
Garnish with a maraschino cherry, and serve.

Serve in a Champagne Saucer.
