This is a enticing recipe for Allen Cocktail, with gin, maraschino liqueur, lemon juice and lemon.

• 1 twist lemon peel
• 1/2 oz maraschino liqueur
• 1/2 tsp fresh lemon juice
• 2 oz gin

Shake with cracked ice.
Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with a lemon twist.

Serve in a Cocktail Glass.
